Mark Jenkinson will hold the online auction on July 13 and its guide features 34 lots which also include former shops, terraced houses and land.
Previous auctions have attracted more than 40 bidders for one lot and interested parties have come from across Europe. You must register to bid in next month’s event.

The former Ye Old Harrow pub and land on Broad Street on the edge of the city centre has a guide price of £225,000 to £250,000. It has gained a reputation as being haunted after Paranormal Hauntings live-streamed a ghost hunt at the site to their Facebook followers in September last year, when they claim to have found a “drunk woman’s ghost” roaming the pub.

A former shop and flat in South Road, Walkley, has a guide price of £95,000. The property has a ground floor sales shop, which was Carol’s Catering, basement storage and a first floor flat let to a long established tenant.

A potential family home in Wayland Road, Hunters Bar, has a guide price of £275,000. It has five bedrooms and was most recently let at £17,160 per annum but was intentionally not re-let to offer potential as a family house as well as investment.
